The terms, policies, and conditions (collectively known as “Conditions”) described below govern the use of this site (referred to as “Jay’s Brewing” or “site”). Your use and/or placement of any order with Jay’s Brewing Supplies of Virginia indicate your acceptance of these conditions.
Items that are marked as MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) are not included in coupons, discounts, or promotions.
Promotions, discounts, and coupons are not valid on previously purchased merchandise, Blichmann Engineering, Anvil, Ruby Street, Ss Brewtech, Grainfather items, Spike Brewing Equipment, gift certificates or taxes. Coupons, discounts and promotions are not valid on MAP items. For all promotions, quantity is limited to stock on hand. No rain checks will be issued unless specifically stated in promotion details. Any promotion can end without notice. Coupons have no cash value and may only be used for the items intended. Coupon expiration times are Eastern Standard Time (EST). While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted.
Gift Cards/Certificates
- A “Gift Card” is a gift card, whether in the form of a virtual e-card or an actual physical gift card/certificate, purchased from Jay’s Brewing, in a dollar denomination ranging from US $5.00 to US $500.00.
- The following forms of payment are accepted for Gift Cards: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
- A Gift Card can be redeemed only through www.jaysbrewing.com (the “Website”) or the Jay’s Brewing retail store, and may only be used toward the purchase of merchandise or services offered for sale in the country for which the Gift Card is issued.
- If you use your Gift Card to make a purchase at the website/retail store and your purchase does not exhaust the credit balance on your Gift Card, then you may use the remaining balance for future purchases, subject to the restrictions set forth herein. If you use your Gift Card to make a purchase at the website/retail store which exceeds the credit balance on your Gift Card, you will have to use another payment method to pay for the remainder of your purchase.
- In general, Gift Cards purchased after August 22, 2010, do not expire within five years of purchase. If you present a purchased Gift Card after five years from purchase, it will be considered expired. If you have a Gift Card older than 5 years, you may contact customer service at info@jaysbrewing.com or 703-361-2908.
- No Dormancy Fee: Jay’s Brewing will not assess a service fee or dormancy fee with respect to a Gift Card.
- A Gift Card cannot be used toward the purchase of a new Gift Card. Additional credit cannot be added to a Credit Gift Card after it has been issued
- No Gift Card is redeemable for cash except as otherwise provided by law.
- A Gift Card is not a credit card or debit card.
- A holder of a Gift Card can obtain balance and other card information at any time by contacting customer service at info@jaysbrewing.com or 703-361-2908.
Taxes
Jay’s Brewing shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Virginia. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Products
All products are described to the best of our ability. If you have questions, please ask before purchasing. Do not assume anything from an image as stock images are sometimes used.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Jay’s Brewing reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Jay’s Brewing. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Shipping Policy Shipping Time – Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours of receiving. We try to ship the next day, provided the product(s) ordered are in stock. During the months of Nov, Dec, Jan, and Feb, we often experience slight delays after sales. Jay’s Brewing will work as efficiently as possible to ensure all orders are shipped promptly. If the items are an emergency, please call to help us get the order out 703-361-2908. Our Goal is to get all orders out as quickly as possible but delays can happen.
